ROMIC SHOCKS

These shocks are machined from aerospace grade 6061 T6 billet aluminum. Gas and oil are separated which eliminates cavitation and allows the shock to be installed at any angle and have hard chrome steel shafts. Two stage sealing system keeps dirt out and oil in. All Romic shocks are rebuildable & revalvable. The R&D for these shocks included hundreds of hours of dyno time. These shocks are simply the best hot rod shock on the market.

When Old Speed Hot Rods displayed its Roadster pickup at this year’s Grand National Roadster Show, their engineering ability was showcased everywhere you looked. The tailgate hinges you see here drew so much attention that the company has decided to produce them.

These machined aluminum hinges are hand-made from 6061 aluminum and reflect the same attention to detail seen throughout their car. They make them for all Model A and later pickups, and they are also available in 3-hinge sets for ‘32 pickups. All hardware is included in polished stainless.
